Eastern & Oriental Berhad

No doubt, E&O share price does not move much in recent bull market. Its subsidiary E&O Prop share price has moved up to RM2.52 (as at 16 Feb). After disposing 5% of E&O Prop to Capital Group, E&O still holds about 70% of E&o Prop.
Meanwhile, Putra Perdana doesnt move much as its an unpopular stock and its a smaller player in construction where it's out of the radar of most of the investors. This is within the expectation as there is no 'fantastic' developement or growth for this company.
As E&O Prop share price has increased to a higher level, I believe E&O share price will be increased consistently in the mid-term. GK Goh Holding Limited (from Singapore), UBS Group and Goldman Sachs (from US) have been continuing to purchase E&O stock in February. They hold 20%, 6% and 6% of E&O shares respectively.
Be patient and we will be rewarded accordingly ...
